Participation in the Round Table
of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
On March 23, 2018, the National Psychological Association, in cooperation with the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on European Integration and the Inter-Factional Parliamentary Association “Support for the Protection of Rights and Social Rehabilitation of ATO Participants,” held a round table at the Parliament of Ukraine.
The topic of discussion was:
“Legal Regulation of Psychological Assistance in Ukraine: Strategies for European and Global Integration.”
Olha Cherepiekhina, Head of the Institute for the Development of Practical Psychology, was among the invited participants – an honor for our organization.
In her reflection on the event, she stated:
“I am grateful to all participants for the collaboration. I thank Ms. Oksana Bilozir for her insightful remark about the institution of the family – ‘The family is the cradle of Divine love…’ – and I thank Iryna Pinchuk for her concrete and professional proposals.
The discussion was innovative, resource-oriented, and constructive. The atmosphere inspired psychologists, researchers, parliamentarians, Members of Parliament, legal experts, scholars, and public leaders alike.”
This participation reflects our organization’s commitment to contributing to the national dialogue on the development and regulation of psychological services in Ukraine within the framework of European and global integration.
