Consent to the processing of personal data

Purpose of Personal Data Processing:
  • processing and responding to user requests regarding the activities of the Non-governmental organization Institute for the Development of Practical Psychology (IDPP), including through direct contact with the Subject of Personal Data via means of communication;
  • the implementation of the activities of the IDPP in accordance with its Charter and the implementation of organizational, scientific, educational, practical, and informational initiatives;
  • exercise of the rights and performance of obligations of the IDPP under other legal relations between the Organization and the Subject of Personal Data.
The storage period for Personal Data is:
the period necessary for the purposes of processing Personal Data as provided for in this agreement/consent, but in any case no longer than three years from the date of consent or until the termination of the IDPP, whichever occurs later.
Persons to whom Personal Data is transferred:
Personal Data is not transferred (distributed) to any third parties.
The term “third party” is defined by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI and means any person, except for the subject of personal data, the owner or controller of personal data, and the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, to whom the controller transfers personal data.
I, the Subject of Personal Data,
confirm that I have read and understood in writing the rights of the Subject of Personal Data provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” No. 2297-VI, the purpose of processing Personal Data and the storage period, and certify that the composition and content of Personal Data corresponds to the above-specified purpose.
By checking the box above and clicking the “Send” button, I (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Subject”) confirm that I have been informed in writing about the procedure for processing my personal data by the IDPP as indicated below, and that I give my unambiguous consent/permission for the processing of my personal data, as well as the modification, destruction of my personal data or restriction of access to it in the manner and for the purposes specified below in this consent/permission, and without the need to provide me with written notification of the performance of the specified actions.

When a request or comment is sent via the feedback form or to the official email address, the following personal data is collected: name, place of work (if applicable), contact phone number, email address (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”).
